在现有资料收集、专家咨询和公立医院调查的基础上，分析了专家咨询意见，探讨了上海市公立医院薪酬改革方案，并根据建议的薪酬方案，对被调查公立医院的薪酬总额进行了模拟。最后，提出了公立医院人员薪酬改革需要配套政策支持的建议。 |

| Based on existing data collection， expert consultation and public hospital survey，expert opinions were analyzed，reform of compensation scheme in public hospitals of Shanghai was explored，and the total compensation for human resources in the surveyed hospitals were simulated. Finally，the authors suggested that the compensation reform of human resources in public hospitals needs the support of relevant policies. |
