| 目的
分析上海市某区二级公立医院的人员薪酬现状,为未来上海市和我国公立医院的人员薪酬体系改革提供信息。方法 通过上海市某区15所二级公立医院的问卷调查,收集2012年二级公立医院人员的薪酬数据以及其对薪酬水平的期望;通过相关网站的查阅,收集上海市和美国从业人员的相关薪酬数据。结果 2012年上海市某区二级公立医院的人员年平均薪酬为上海市从业人员年平均薪酬的2.65倍,医师年平均薪酬较美国医师相对较低。结论 上海市二级公立医院医务人员的薪酬应合理调整。 |

| Compensation Analysis of Secondary Public Hospitals in One District of Shanghai |

Objective To analyze the compensation of secondary public hospitals in one district of Shanghai,providing information for future compensation reform of public hospitals in Shanghai and as well as in China. Methods We collected compensation data and compensation expectation of 15 secondary public hospitals in one district of Shanghai by hospital survey,and we collected related compensation data of employees in Shanghai and in USA by reviewing of the government reports on websites. Results The average compensation of secondary public hospitals in one district of Shanghai in 2012 was 2.65 times of that of employees in Shanghai. The physician’s compensation in these public hospitals was relatively lower than that in USA. Conclusion The personnel compensation in secondary public hospitals of Shanghai should be adjusted rationally. |
