| 在大力推行临床药学和药学服务信息化的背景下，构建本院临床药学知识库，在此基础上构建用药管理体系，并形成系统软件，加强抗菌药物的管理，规范激素类药物与抗肿瘤药物的使用，并为临床用药提供辅助作用，以降低患者用药损害。通过分析系统运行结果，发现在临床用药系统的预警提示及人为干预管理下，医生用药水平得到提升，用药差错率显著降低，医院的临床用药管理实现精准化。 |

Under the background of vigorously promoting informatization for clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical service, clinical pharmacy knowledge base was built in the hospital. Then on this basis, medicine management system was constructed to enhance antimicrobial management, normalize steroids and anticancer drugs usage, and provide the help for the instruction empirical clinical medication which helped to reduce the drug-induced damage for patients. The running results of system show that the system help to improve the rational use of drugs for doctors, and the error rate of drug usage reduces effectively. Delicacy management of clinical pharmacy is brought on in the hospital. |
