A Multi dimensional and comprehensive path of cultivating the doctor-patient communication skills of pediatrician, is expanded by Wuxi City People’s Hospital,Children’s Hospital.From these four aspects,namely fostering the advanced concepts of communication,improving the professional skills and the management mechanism of communication, and creating a good atmosphere for communication,this hospital enhances the doctor-patient communication skills of pediatricians , building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients，and creating a good atmosphere for medical treatment. |
