目的
分析筛选医学院校附属医院临床医生科研的影响因素，为采取干预措施提供依据。方法 选取由38位资深专家采用德尔菲法确定科研产出指标并进行赋值。采用随机抽样的方法对某附属医院的四所附属医院200名临床医生进行问卷调查，采用多因素Logistic回归分析临床医生科研的影响因素。 结果 最终确定了科研能力绩效评价指标体系28个，结果显示国外学习经历、团队情况、科研经费、科研管理规范性4个因素对临床医生的科研绩效影响作用显著。 结论 为进一步提高医学院校附属医院临床医生的科研能力，应该加强临床医生国际交流机会、培养科研团队、增加科研经费的投入以及加强科研管理的规范性。 |

Objective
To analyze the key influential factors for doctors’ research ability of affiliated hospitals of medical university and provide evidences for management. Method Delphi method was used to screen and determine the evaluation index. The method of random sampling in four affiliated hospitals was used and questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 doctors. Multi-logistic regression was used to analyze the influence factors of doctor research. Results 28 indicators for the evaluation of research ability is screened. The key factors for doctors’ research ability include international academic communication, research team, research investment and the standardization of research management. Conclusion To improve the doctors’ research ability of affiliated hospitals of medical university, it is most important to strengthen the international academic communication, train research team, increase research investment and strengthen the standardization of research management. |
