| Clinicians are important core staff in a hospital. Their competency level plays an important role for the construction of the core competitiveness of the hospital. Constructing the clinicians’ compensation system based on competency in the compensation management of the hospital can enable the clinicians to take various measures to improve their competency consciously and to enhance their ability to achieve high performance. The paper describes the designing steps of the clinicians’ compensation system based on competency, and analyzes the related problems that need attention. |
