| 摘要: |
| 目的 建设全院甚至医院间通用的自助挂号缴费系统，方便患者挂号缴费，获得连续、便捷的医疗卫生服务。方法 利用“市民卡”“健康卡”“银联卡”三卡合一，与医院的HIS相接，提供自助模式的挂号缴费。结果 自助设备终端能完全替代人工挂号收费窗口，同时实现门诊病人的电子健康档案、电子病历等卫生信息资源共享。结论 建立了病人就诊的智能化便捷通道，较好地解决了医院与患者之间的服务矛盾，缓解了患者“看病难”问题。 |

Objective
To facilitate patients’ self-register payment and acquire the continuous and convenient medical & health service. Method Through the combination of three cards (Citzen card, Health Card and Union Card Pay) and connecting with HIS to build up the self-register payment system. Result The previous way of register can be replaced totally via self-service equipment; meanwhile the health information such as out-patient’s health record and electronic medical record can be implemented as well. Conclusion The service conflict and disharmony between hospital and patients, and remitting “Difficulty in seeing doctors”would be reconciled through wisdom medical card application. |
