目的
将国际通用的医院病人安全文化调查表（HSOPSC）进行改进，使其更符合中国国情。方法 参考国内外文献形成问卷初稿，经过专家咨询及探索性因素分析筛选和修订条目，初步确定暂定版HSOPSC的维度和条目，使用SPSS 13. 0医学统计软件,采用Cronbach’s α系数法对问卷总体和各维度的内部一致性进行检测，采用离散趋势法、区分度分析法、相关系数法、因子分析法4种方法，对初步量表的60个条目进行筛选。结果 将4种方法选中的51个条目保留下来，形成C-HSOPSC暂定版量表。其主要内容是医院病人安全文化调查, 共分为13个维度、51个条目。13个维度累计贡献率为73.77%，问卷总体Cronbach’α系数为0.959，各维度的Cronbach’α系数除了员工（0.553）、安全的整体感知（0.565）、差错的非惩罚性反应（0.455）、和开放性沟通（0.559）的较低外，其他维度的Cronbach’α系数均在0.800以上，最高为事件报告频率，为0.912。结论 形成的暂定版量表条目有较好的重要性、敏感性、代表性、独立性、及内部一致性，达到了编制的要求。 |

Objective
The international general hospital patient safety culture questionnaire (HSOPSC) was improved, so that it is more accord with China’s national conditions. Methods Consulting literature at home and abroad was to form the first draft of the questionnaire. Through consulting with experts and exploratory factor analysis filter and revised entry, tentative version HSOPSC dimensions and items were confirmed preliminarily. Through using SPSS 19 medical statistical software and Cronbach ’s α coefficient method of general questionnaire, the internal consistency of each dimension was detected. Through using the method of discrete tendency method, the degree of differentiation, correlation coefficient method, factor analysis, 4 methods of preliminary scale 60 filtered items were selected. Results 51 items retain through 4 methods to form C-HSOPSC tentative version of the scale. Its main content is hospital patient safety culture survey, which is divided into 13 dimensions and 51 items. The cumulative contribution rate of 13 dimensions is 73.77%, the overall Cronbach’s α coefficient is 0.959. Expect that the dimension of the Cronbach’s α coefficient in employees(0.553), the overall safety awareness (0.565), the error of punitive reaction (0.455), and open communication (0.559) are lower, other dimensions of Cronbach’s α coefficients are above 0.800. Incident report is the highest frequency, which is 0.912. Conclusion Interim version of the formation of scale items has good importance, sensitivity, representative, independence and the internal consistency, so it has reached the requirement of preparation. |
