| 摘要: |
| 目的 从医患双方的视角比较北京城乡医患信任水平。方法 对北京市农村H区3个乡镇12个村和城市3家医院的医生和患者进行实地观察。结果 医患双方对城乡医患信任水平评价均值均高于3.6分。经统计学检验，城乡患者对城乡医患信任水平评价存在显著差异（F=5.050，P=0.008），城市医院医患双方对医患信任水平评价存在显著差异（t=3.16，P=0.002）。结论 影响患者对城乡医患信任水平评价的因素主要有城乡医疗机构的服务功能、服务水平、设备设施、服务态度等。 |

Objective To compare the degree of doctor-patient trust in urban and rural areas in Beijing based on the perspective of doctors and patients. Methods Conducting a field research to doctors and patients in 3 townships and 12 villages in H district in rural area and 3 hospitals in the city in Beijing. Results The degree of doctor-patient trust was evaluated by doctors and patients in 3.6 score above. There were significant differences in urban and rural patients evaluation about the degree of doctor-patient trust in urban and rural areas （F=5.050，P=0.008）. And there were also significant differences in doctors and patients evaluation about the degree of doctor-patient trust in urban hospitals. Conclusion The service function，service level，medical equipment and attitude maybe the reasons that influence the patients evaluation about the degree of doctor-patient trust in urban and rural areas. |
