目的
为了提高医疗服务质量、降低医疗成本，建立临床路径知识库平台，为临床提供决策服务。方法 围绕临床路径知识库的构建，主要解决三个问题：临床规则库的建立、临床路径自适应及修复模型和HIS数据整合框架。结果 构建支持复杂疾病的临床路径知识库，并实现共享平台。结论 通过建立支持复杂疾病的临床知识库平台，为患者提供准确的医疗服务，为医院提供临床路径决策支持，具有良好的应用效果。 |

Objective
To improve the quality of medical service, reduce the cost of medical care, establish the Clinical Pathway knowledge base platform and offer decision-making support for clinical treatment. Method There are three major problems to be solved: the establishment of the clinical rule base, the modeling of self-adaptive and self-repair Clinical Pathway and the integration framework with HIS data. Result Clinical Pathway knowledge base of complex diseases is constructed and the sharing platform is achieved. Conclusion Through the establishment of the Clinical Pathway knowledge base of complex diseases, accurate medical service for patients and support for decision-making of Clinical Pathway can be provided, which has lots of benefits for medical practice. |
