| 目的 构建广东省检验类项目主流检验方法评价指标体系，为科学选择主流检验方法、合理定价提供依据。方法 采用改良Delphi法确定检验方法评价指标和权重；运用指标体系进行试论证并进行信、效度考评。结果 经Delphi法和专家会议法等，建立一级指标5项、二级指标20项。三轮问卷调查专家积极性系数分别为88.89％，66.67％，100％；专家权威系数为0.88，专家一致性系数为0.38，P＜0.01；内部一致性信度为0.86，因子分析的结果与理论结构基本一致。指标体系的临床验证符合率约为92%。结论 改良Delphi法用于构建主流检验方法评价指标体系是合理、有效和实用的。 |

Objective
To build mainstream clinical laboratory tests and evaluation index system of Guangdong Province, to provide a basis for choosing mainstream method and pricing reasonably. Methods Using modified Delphi method to determine evaluation indexes and weight of the index system, and evaluating the validity and reliability through using the index system. Results An index system of mainstream clinical laboratory tests and estimation of five items in the first level and twenty items in the second level is established. The positive coefficient of three rounds of consulting are namely of 88.89％，66.67％，100％. The value of authoritative coefficient is 0.88. Kendall’s W test shows that experts consistency coefficient is 0.38, P<0.01. The spot trail result indicates a Cronbach’s α coefficient is 0.86. The result of factor analysis is in a good match with the theoretical conception. The index system by clinical application and the results show that the clinical coincidence rate is about 92%. Conclusion Modified Delphi method is a reasonable, effective and practical method in establishing mainstream clinical laboratory tests and estimation index system. |
