| China has paid more and more attention to the standardized training and management on resident doctors in the hospital. The Second People’s Hospital of Wuhu City followed the policy guidance, and carried out standardized residency training. Through taking The Second People’s Hospital of Wuhu City as an example, the background and present situation of the standardized training of resident doctors and the management for the trainees were introduced to provide reference for the sustainable improvement in the training management. |
