Through the investigation and root analysis of the out-patient management service situation, the out-patient management mechanism is promoted, the out-patient service process is optimized, and the out-patient service quality is improved. New functions should be given to the out-patient management with the broadening and changing of the out-patient function, to strengthening the concept innovation and service construction, and show the development and management thinking way of the hospital during service. |
