| 大学附属医院核心价值观是大学精神与大医精神的融合与重构，精神实质是追求真理，厚爱生命。优秀传统文化是大学附属医院核心价值观的重要源泉，但也存在同质化、凝练不到位以及大学精神、大医精神体现不足等问题。为进一步完善大学附属医院核心价值观，教育和卫生主管部门应有顶层设计，医院领导班子要高度重视并制订落实好相关措施。 |

| The core value of affiliated hospitals includes integration and reconstruction of university spirit and respected doctor spirit, and its spirit-substance is pursuit for truth and treasure lives. The main resources of university affiliated hospitals’ core value are Chinese traditional culture, but there still exists problems, such as homogenization, imperfect compact, and insufficient embody of the university spirit and respected doctor spirit. In order to improve the core value of affiliated hospitals, both ministries of education and health should focus on the top-level design, and the leading groups of hospitals should also formulate and practice relevant measures. |
