某三甲医院中层管理干部岗位培训实践探索

摘要:
目的 旨在通过对我院中层管理干部岗位培训的实施与评估,总结培训经验与教训,为进一步提高医院中层管理干部岗位能力提供参考。方法 回顾性分析我院中层管理干部岗位培训的方案制定与实施,并通过分层整群的抽样方法对培训对象进行问卷调查,应用SPSS19.0对数据进行统计分析。结果 不同培训对象层次、性别在培训总体满意度上无显著性差异(P>0.05),培训对象有无相关培训经验在培训总体满意度上有显著性差异(P<0.05);97.84%调查者对授课教师表示满意,79.63%的调查对象对课程设置表示满意,77.48%的调查对象对培训保障措施表示满意,51.67%的调查对象对培训时间与进度表示满意。结论 岗位培训是提高医院中层管理干部岗位能力的核心与关键,应进一步牢固岗位培训意识,将培训工作制度化、流程化,创新培训管理,不断探索完善医院管理干部岗位培训的有效途径和方法。

Abstract:
Objective To provide reference for hospital managers to improve management capabilities through the investigation of the effect of middle managers training. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the schedule formulation and implementation of the middle managers training in the hospital, and doing questionnaire survey on the trainees through stratified cluster sampling method, and doing statistical analysis through SPSS19.0. Results Trainees have relevant training experience has a significant difference (P<0.05) in the training of overall satisfaction, while training object hierarchy and gender do not(P>0.05).97.84% surveyed objects express their satisfaction with instructors,79.63% are satisfied with courses,77.48% are satisfied with the safeguard measure of training,51.67% feel the time and progress of training acceptable.Conclusion Professional training is the key to improve management capabilities. Training awareness should be further enhanced, institutionalization and process be done, and effective way and method be explored to perfect hospital managers training.
