我院岗位设置管理的实践探索与思考

摘要:
探索有效的岗位设置、建立以岗位聘任为核心的用人制度,是当前公立医院人事制度改革的重要内容。天津医科大学第二医院通过有效的岗位设置管理,完善人才考核机制,激发人才积极性,发挥人才最佳效能,提高了医院的学术水平和服务能力,促进了医院各项工作全面发展。

Abstract:
Exploring effective job allocation and establishing employment system with post appointment as the core is an important part of the current reform of the personnel system in public hospitals. Effective post setting management in The Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University improves the mechanism of talent evaluation, stimulates personnel enthusiasm,plays the best efficiency of talented person, improves the hospital’s academic level and service capabilities, and promotes the overall development of hospital work.
