目的 建立以公益性为导向、改善医院经济效益的绩效考核体系。方法 在文献研究、专题研讨和专家访谈的基础上,建立绩效考核体系框架,应用历史数据验证考核体系。结果 建立一个目标、四大类别科室、三大考核模块、院科二级考核分配的绩效考核体系。结论 绩效考核体系以公益性为根本,通过规模效益改善医院经营效果,有利于公立医院改革发展。 |

Abstract: |
Objective
To establish the performance evaluation system,which takes the public welfare as the goal and improves economic benefit. Method On the basis of literature research,seminars and expert interview,establishing a performance evaluation system framework,and applying historical data to test the system. Result The performance evaluation system,concluded as one purpose,four categories of departments,three evaluation models and two-level evaluation, was established. Conclusion The performance evaluation system with public welfare as the goal,which improves economic benefit through scale economy,meets the needs of public hospital reform and development. |
