肿瘤专科医院绩效考核制度实施效果分析

摘要:
绩效管理是现代医院管理的重要方法,文章对临床科室的绩效考核工作进行有益探索,通过实践分析取得的成效。各科考核平均分值由2008年的156.30分增长到2013年的188.37分;2013年与2008年比较全院门诊量增长了64.56%,住院人数增长了71.18%,手术台次增长了50.34%,平均住院日下降了5.92天。结果表明绩效考核工作的开展对调动医务人员工作积极性和提升医院的管理水平具有重要意义。

Abstract:
Performance management is an important method in modern hospital management. Exploration of performance appraisal work of clinical departments is done,and the results are analyzed through practice.The average score of 156.30 points in 2008 increases to 188.37 points in 2013.Compared with 2008, the outpatient amount grow by 64.56% in 2013,the number of discharged patients increases by 71.18%, surgery increases by 50.34%,and the average length of stay drops by 5.92 days. Results show that the performance appraisal work has great significance in mobilizing staff’s work enthusiasm and enhancing the management level of hospital.
