| 以四川藏区三级医院成功托管县级医院为基点，分析了四川藏区边远地方托管采取的措施和取得的效果。结果表明，被托管县级医院内部管理逐步走向规范化，医务人员工作积极性明显提高，各项医疗业务指标大幅提升，患者及社会综合满意度显著提高，有利于为患者提供优质、高效的医疗服务，对四川藏区边远地方的县级医院改革有着一定的借鉴作用。 |

| Based on the model of hospital trusteeship from tertiary hospital to Tibetan hospital in Sichuan, the measures and the effect of remote areas trusteeship of Tibetan Area in Sichuan are analyzed. The result shows that the trusteeship county-level hospital internal management becomes gradually standardized, medical staff’s working enthusiasm significantly improved, many medical index increase greatly, patients’ and the society’s comprehensive satisfaction degree enhance significantly. So it is good for providing good and efficient medical service for the patients, and provides reference for the county-level hospital reform of remote areas in Tibetan area in Sichuan. |
