| 手术室首台手术开台时间能够反映整个手术室的运行效率，是考察手术室管理水平的重要指标。由于首台手术开台时间涉及多科室、多人群、多环节，因而导致其延误的原因较为复杂，需要采取综合干预措施进行管控。某军队医院针对其手术开台时间管理不理想的现状，从绩效考核、流程管理和信息化建设三方面入手进行综合干预。从干预前后的各项指标对比来看，干预措施收到了良好效果。 |

| Operation room’s first operation time can reflect the operating efficiency of the operation room，and it is the important index of operation time management level.Operation room’ s first operation includes various departments，majority of people and various links，so the causes of delay are complex and need comprehensive intervention.Based on the present situation of the operation room’s first operation time，comprehensive intervention in a millitary hospital was done form three aspects，including performance evaluation，process management and information construction.Through the comparison of various imdexes before and after the intervention，intervention measures received good effect. |
