| 第三方手机支付平台正在打造的“未来医院计划”项目有望使患者可以在手机上完成挂号、候诊、缴费等环节，为患者就医提供便利。但与此同时，第三方手机支付平台也存在着如何克服支付主体资格不合法、支付安全无法保障以及患者隐私可能受到侵害等缺陷的难题。本文通过对第三方手机支付系统在医疗体系中应运的优缺点进行分析，旨在针对其在运作中存在的问题提出完善建议。 |

| Alipay’s project of "the future hospital plan" is expected to make patients complete the registration, waiting, payment and other links in the mobile phone, and to provide convenience for the patients. But at the same time, there are problems existing on the mobile phone payment platform exists the problem, which are how can the subject qualification illegal be overcome, pay security can not be guaranteed and the privacy of the patient may be violated. According to the advantages and disadvantages of the mobile phone payment in the health care system, the paper aims to overcome the defects of the payment problems and put forward some improvement suggestions. |
