| 目的 通过对北京市123家医疗机构网站信息披露情况的调查，分析我国医疗机构信息披露情况与医疗机构服务质量之间的关系。方法 建立数据字典，利用词频统计方法，以医疗质量词频为例，建立多元回归模型，分析网页词频与医疗机构运行质量之间的关系。结果 网页中“医疗质量”出现的词频数与医院的住院死亡率之间存在负相关关系，同时较好的信息披露可以有效消除因死亡率高给医疗机构带来的负面效果。结论 目前，我国医疗机构的信息披露工作薄弱，披露内容单一，我国在公立医院改革中需重视医疗机构的信息披露工作，建立公立医院绩效评估体系，定期向公众发布。 |

| Objective To make a survey on website information disclosure of 123 health institutions in Beijing, to analyze the relationship between the information disclosure on the website and service quality of these health institutions. Method Building the data dictionary and then calculating the word frequency of “health quality”. Finally, the multiple regression models are utilized to analyze the relationship between the webpage word frequency and the operation quality of health institutions. Result The word frequency of “health quality” on the website and the hospital mortality rate holds a negative relationship. Also, it is found out that better information disclosure can effectively eliminate the negative effect of high mortality rate by the health institutions. Conclusion At present, the information disclosure situation in the health institutions of China needs to be improved. The authorities should pay more attention to the work of information disclosure during the reform process of public hospitals. The performance evaluation system should be established, and the result should be periodically released to the public. |
