我国多数大型公立医院行政管理和后勤保障系统的组织构架至今仍沿用计划经济时代“小而全”的模式,其管理模式、运营体系及人力资源在市场经济条件下的现实弊端不断暴露。文章从技术资源、交易成本理论、委托代理理论切入,论证了利用社会技术资源实现医院后勤管理专业化的可行性。同时,提出了医院后勤管理专业化改革需要注意的几个关键问题。 |

Abstract: |
In China, a vast majority of public hospitals’ administrative and logistics system is actually a “small and comprehensive” mode which belongs to the Planned Economy Era. Under the conditions of market economy, the drawbacks of its management mode, operation system and human resources have been obviously exposed. Based on the theory of technological resources, transaction cost and principal-agent, the possibility and feasibility of utilizing social technological resources is demonstrated to achieve professionalization of hospital’s logistics management. Meanwhile, important advices conducting the reform of hospital’s logistics management are proposed. |
