| With the deepening of China’s new health policy reform, small and medium-sized public hospitals are faced with new opportunities and challenges, which requires hospital human resources managers to reflect on health human resources management. Aiming at the existing problems of health human resources management in small and medium-sized public hospitals, the updated concept, manpower planning, talents cultivation, team building, evaluation mechanism, contract mechanism and hospital culture, etc, are discussed, to put forward a new strategy of health human resources management. |
