我院主诊医师负责制管理模式的实践与探讨

摘要:
文章介绍了医院实施科主任领导下的主诊医师负责制的管理模式,阐述了该模式有利于引入了竞争激励机制,充分调动医务人员积极性,促使主诊医师和各诊疗组高度重视医疗质量,提高患者满意度。通过实行科主任担任“自由主诊”,强化科主任的领导地位,较好地避免了单纯主诊医师负责制情况下的一些弊端。

Abstract:
The management mode of responsible doctor system under the leadership of department chief, commented that the mode was good for introducing the competition encouragement system, gave full play to the initiative of doctors, led the attending in charge and different treatment groups paid high attention to medical quality and raised the satisfication degree. Through implementing “freedom attending” for the department chief, the leading position of department chief was strengthened, which reasonably handled the disadvantages of the head of treatment group disadvntages of ills.
