| 针对上海市医疗质量安全监控系统收集的部分监测指标内容无法归类、分析的现状，课题组运用内容分析法对患方投诉事由监测指标的完善应用进行分析研究，结果显示基于TF-IDF词频统计的内容分析法对完善监测指标和监测工作具有一定的应用价值和指导意义。 |

| Because some monitoring indicators of Shanghai medical safety monitoring system cannot be categorized and analyzed, the content analysis method is used to analyze and research the patients’ complaints monitoring indicators. The results showed that the content analysis method based on TF-IDF word frequency statistics has a certain value and guiding significance to improve the monitoring indicators and work. |
