| Attending physician team responsibility system for disease prevention and control system is to improve the health resource utilization efficiency, and is an effective measure to enhance regional integrated disease prevention. Based on improving the regional health service, the practice, specific measures and key performance of the optimization model of the “Grade Three Hospitals-Community Health Centers” of attending physician team responsibility are systematically introduced, and new ideas for improving quality of health care, for developing regional integrated disease prevention are proposed. |
