| Because of “government failure” and “market failure” in the medical and health services, the blurred responsibility boundaries of the government and market causes the “difficulty and high cost of getting medical treatment”. Through discussing the division of responsibilities between the government and market in the process of constructing the modern hospital management system in China, theoretical references are provided for modern hospital management system under clear government responsibility and order market competition environment. |
