目的 探索反思人文医学执业技能培训的培训时机对于人文培训效果的影响。方法 采用适应住院医生医患沟通自我评定的SEGUE量表,测试在不同培训时间节点下学员在人文培训前后对医患沟通自我认知的对比研究。结果 不同的培训时机对于住院医生接纳和吸收培训内容有着不同的影响,对于新入职的住院医生原本的培训并不完全适用,因而人文培训未能达到预期效果。结论 不同的培训对象应选择不同的时机和内容,结合实际情况,针对不同的培训对象在不同的时机配套与之知识、技能、经验和认知等相匹配的人文培训内容,逐步深化,科学、合理确地定培训的时机和内容,逐步形成体系,涵盖不同层次的住院医生需要,使人文培训成为构建医患和谐乃至和谐社会的基石。 |

Objective
To explore and rethink the reflection of medical humanistic training opportunity on medical humanistic training effect. Method Using SEGUE framework, which is adapted to resident physician doctor-patient communication to test the comparative research of doctor-patient communication self-assessment before and after humanistic training in different training time periods. Result Different training opportunities for resident physician to accept and absorb the training has different effects. Humanistic training was useless to new resident physician. Humanistic training failed to achieve the desired effect. Conclusion Different resident physicians should select different training opportunities and contents. According to the actual situation, different of training objects should be matched with humanistic training content according to different training opportunities, knowledge,skills,experience and cognitive. Setting the humanistic training opportunity and content scientifically and reasonably,and gradually form a system,covering the different levels of humanistic training need to make training a cornerstone of the humanities as well as to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and harmonious society. |
