| 介绍了武警部队医院绩效考评体系的构建，介绍了医院绩效考评体系的设计思路和具体实施过程，分析了绩效考评工作实践和成效情况，并结合医院自身特点和运行机制改革，对照军队医院等级评审有关要求，对进一步完善综合绩效考评工作提出了建议，以期为军地医院绩效管理工作提供一定的参考和借鉴。 |

| The design process and implementation of performance assessment system for armed police force hospitals ,and introduces the design process , implementation and effectiveness of performance assessments. According to feature of hospital and grade accreditation requirement, some analysis and suggestions to practice and efficiency of hospital performance assessment are also given to provide references for hospital managements in the armed police force hospital. |
