医院后勤物资供应商绩效管理探讨

摘要:
目的 构建完善的供应商绩效管理模式,为医院对后勤物资供应商进行有效监管提供参考依据。方法 专家咨询确定供应商评价指标体系,通过电话访谈结合实地观察讨论合作供应商绩效管理流程。结果 确定绩效管理流程:建立供应商信息库、构建后勤物资供应商绩效评价体系。讨论 重视各项日常工作、建立绩效沟通反馈机制与落实奖惩、适时调整做到与时俱进是实现良好的供应商绩效管理模式所必需的。

Abstract:
Objective To establish a good suppliers performance management model,so as to provide reference for the hospital’s supervision. Methods It is the suppliers performance evaluation index system that was established by Delphi method. Defining the process of cooperation suppliers management by telephone interviews and field observations. Results Determine the performance management process: establishing suppliers information database, constructing the evaluation system. Discussion Valuing daily work, strengthening performance communication and feedback, practicing reward and punishment, timely adjustment by situations ,which is necessary for excellent suppliers performance management.
