| In order to enhance the transparency of public hospital, the publication of hospital affairs needs to be performed in all levels, including society, patients, and other internal staff. With the effort, external image of the hospital has been improved; a clearer understanding of the internal structure of public hospital, medical procedures, and personal accounts etc has been obtained by the patients; the relationship between doctors and patients has been improved; satisfaction of physicians and patients has been enhanced, while corruption can be prevented. |
