| 通过对美国健康信息管理领域从业者核心模型的分析，了解其对美国未来健康信息管理从业者工作职能、工作环境和工作职位变化的预测。健康信息管理职能包含6个核心领域和4个扩展领域，新的健康信息管理从业者工作环境和工作职位将不断诞生。未来健康信息管理教育也会根据健康信息管理行业的发展与时俱进，培养适应未来健康信息管理发展的高端人才，健康信息管理教育层次也将进一步提升。提示我国的健康信息管理专业协会和教育机构应该借鉴国际经验，发挥更大的作用。 |

| This article analyzed the HIM professionals core model to learn about its prediction of the changing functions，settings and roles of American HIM professionals in the future. The HIM functions consist of 6 core function components and 4 extender components. New HIM practice settings and roles are emerging. The HIM education in the future will evolve along with the development of the HIM profession to train the future leaders in this field，the level of HIM education will raise further. The article suggests that HIM associations in China should learn from the experience of foreign HIM associations and play a greater role in the development of the HIM profession in the future. |
