| 目的 探讨良性互动模式在医疗安全监管领域的应用。方法 以“上海市医疗质量安全监控系统”为基础，采用文献评阅、专家咨询等方法，构建适合医疗安全监管的良性互动模式。结果 以监控系统为平台，建立互动机制，拓展互动形式，丰富互动内容。结论 基于监控系统的互动管理模式是以信息报告为基础、以分析为核心、以预警为手段、以促进病人安全为目标的多环节、多渠道互动模式，对于医疗安全监管具有促进作用。 |

Objective
To discuss the application of the benign-interaction pattern in medical safety supervision. Method Constructing a pattern of benign interaction applicable to medical safety supervision through literature review and expert consultation，based on Shanghai Medical Safety Monitoring System(SMSMS). Result The mechanism of interaction has been formed，with the expanded form and enriched contents based on supervision system. Conclusion The interaction supervision pattern based on SMSMS is one with multi-links and multi-channels，which takes information report as base，analysis as core，early warning as approaches and patient safety promotion as target. |
