| 回顾和评价了防御性医疗行为测量和形成机制的相关研究，针对既往研究的不足之处，提出应研制具有较高可行性、效度和信度的防御性医疗行为测量工具，构建医师防御性医疗行为模型，并以此为工具分析各种因素对医师防御性医疗行为的影响及作用机制。 |

| Abstract: |
| Relative studies about measurement and formation mechanism of defensive medicine(DM)are reviewed. Based on the defect of the present studies, it is suggested that DM behavior measuring tool and method with high feasibility, validity and reliability should be developed, and a physician DM behavior model should be constructed to analyze the influence of all kinds of factors on DM behavior and its influence mechanism. |
