| Through taking the hospital strategy compensation system design as the object of the investigation, the hospital compensation system is analyzed based on the hospital strategy to explore how to achieve the hospital strategy by applying the hospital compensation system. According to the investigation, through analyzing the current situation of the hospital compensation system and the motivation of the employers through empirical research, the hospital strategy compensation management model is constructed and a framework of the hospital strategy compensation system is designed. |
