公立医院科室的薪酬分配及绩效考核工作是加强医疗质量安全和经济运行监管、完善满意度工作、转变公立医院管理机制的一项重要工作。从医院管理者的立场出发,提出了以服务为导向的公立医院薪酬分配及绩效考核的重点内容和思路设计,宏观统筹服务效率、服务质量、服务态度、成本控制、科研教学可持续发展等因素,系统化建构新医改大背景下院科两级的薪酬分配新模式,期望在现有大环境下医务人员、医院管理者、社会等多方能达到一种共赢的稳态发展状态。 |

Abstract: |
Public hospital salary distribution and performance appraisal is an important work to enhance the medical quality & safety and economic operation regulation, improve job satisfaction and transform the management mechanism of public hospitals. From the standpoint of hospital administrators, the key content and design idea of the service-oriented public hospital salary distribution and performance appraisal, and co-ordinates the factors of service efficiency, service quality, service attitude, cost control, scientific research and teaching sustainable development etc are proposed. The new salary distribution pattern is systematically constructed under the background of the new medical reform, in order to promote the medical staff, hospital administrators and social etc to form a steady development win-win model. |
