| 在新医改背景下，加强内涵建设对公立医院实现可持续发展具有重要意义。结合郑州大学第一附属医院内涵建设的实践，系统阐述了医院在学科建设、质量管理、人才建设、自主创新能力、教学管理、优质服务等六个方面采取的创新举措。同时，对取得的成效进行了系统总结，主要体现在医院综合诊疗能力、自主创新能力、教学质量的稳步提升，以及医院社会影响力显著增强等方面。 |

| Under the background of new medical reform, strengthening the connotation of public hospitals has an important significance to achieve sustainable development. Based on the practice of connotation construction practice of The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, the hospital in discipline construction, quality management, personnel development, teaching and research, quality service and innovative initiatives are systematically expounded. Meanwhile, the achievements in hospitals development in polyclinics capability, independent innovation capability, steady improvement in the quality of teaching, and social influence are summarized. |
