摘要:
人才是医院的无形资产和宝贵财富,人才不仅是医院持续发展的基础和动力,也是现代医院竞争的核心和关键。文章通过总结医院在人才培养工作中的实际经验,设计并探索出贯通了人才引进、培养、使用与评价考核的人才培养路径,促进医院的人才队伍建设的良性发展。

Abstract:
Talent is the intangible assets and wealth of hospital. Talent is not only the foundation and power of hospital sustainable development,but also the core and key of modern element of competition. Through the summarization of the talent cultivation practice, a pathway of talent cultivation was designed and explored through the talent introduction,cultivation,and use and evaluation,to effectively promote the virtuous development of the professional personnel team.
