| 随着医疗卫生体制改革进程不断深化，如何开展科学、系统的健康促进工作，满足不同层次人群的健康需求，是现代医院面临的崭新课题。采用SWOT分析法（态势分析法），对北京大学肿瘤医院健康促进工作开展的优势、劣势、面临的机会、威胁进行了全面分析并制定发展策略，希望能对专科医院健康促进工作提供新思路。 |

| With the deepening of the reform of healthcare system, modern hospitals are facing the difficulties to carry out health promotion to meet the needs of different levels of people. SWOT method was used to analyze different aspects in the progress of conducting health promotion in Peking University Cancer Hospital to provide new ideas on the health promotion strategy of special hospitals. |
