| 目的 对上海市浦东新区区属公立综合医院2型糖尿病的诊疗过程质量进行评价。方法 采用随机抽样方式，对公立综合医院的137份糖尿病病案进行了回顾性病案评价，分析了上海市浦东新区区属公立综合医院2型糖尿病住院诊疗的过程质量。结果 （1）浦东新区区属公立综合医院2型糖尿病住院诊疗大多符合原卫生部发布的2型糖尿病临床路径要求；（2）糖尿病并发症筛查项目的合理选择需依靠临床医师诊疗的智慧。结论 浦东新区区属公立综合医院2型糖尿病住院患者的诊疗仍需改进。 |

Objective
To evaluate the process quality of hospital diagnosis and treatment for Type-2 Diabetes in public general hospitals of Pudong New Area. Method 137 type-2 diabetes charts that were chosen by the random sampling methods from all the public general hospitals of Pudong New Area were reviewed and evaluated，and the process quality of inpatient care of type-2 diabetes was analyzed in the study. Result （1）It was indicated that majority of the inpatient care of type-2 diabetes in public general hospitals of Pudong New Area was compliant with the Clinical Pathways for type-2 diabetes issued by National Health and Family Planning Commission；（2）The reasonable selection of tests for the complications of type-2 diabetes was relied on physicians’ wisdom. Conclusion The hospital diagnosis and treatment of inpatients for type-2 diabetes in public general hospitals of Pudong New Area should be improved. |
