| In order to inherit and develop good tradition, Beijing Union Medical College Hospital has developed culture construction in recent years, proposed the new concept, which is “treating patients as relatives, improving patients’ satisfaction; treating colleagues as family members, improving staff’s happiness”, and inherited the valuable spiritual wealth through refining the hospital’s spirit, developing conceptual education, studying good examples and strengthening system construction. |
