| 针对目前血液净化中心血液透析患者上下机称重流程存在的秩序混乱、等待时间过长，以及一些可减低误差等问题，通过设置专职岗位、改进流程、根据患者及治疗特点设置个体化的护理服务项目等措施，缩短了患者花费在治疗上的时间，降低了低血压的发生率，促进了患者的安全，提高了患者和医生对于护理工作的满意度。 |

| Abstract: |
| According to the status and existing problems of weight process of hemodialysis patients, including the out of order and waiting too long in blood purification center, setting specific position, improving the process and setting individual service items are proposed. The results is that the time patients spending on hemodialysis is shortened, incidence of hypotension is decreased, patients’ safety and communication between patients and medical staff are promoted, and patients’ and doctors’ satisfactions towards nursing practice are improved. |
