目的
尝试初步构建一套适用于临床检验危急值运行质量评价的科学、合理、可靠、可行的指标体系。方法 借鉴全面质量管理的思路，依托指标体系构建的理论，采用文献系统分析、规范的选题小组法、专家咨询等研究方法，结合案例实证分析，通过检验、临床、护理、管理、科研等多学科合作，全面地收集整理临床检验危急值运行质量相关指标，初步构建出一套临床检验危急值运行质量评价指标体系。结果 初步构建的临床检验危急值运行质量评价指标分三级：一级指标3个，二级指标9个，三级指标55个。结论（1）本研究初步构建的临床检验危急值运行质量评价指标的相关内容能全面反映临床检验危急值运行质量情况,适合临床检验危急值运行质量的综合评价。（2） 初步构建的评价指标需要继续通过德尔菲法、数理统计、文献法等方法进一步精选、量化及确定权重。 |

| Objective
To establish scientific, reasonable, reliable and feasible assessment index system of the quality of critical values operation for clinical laboratory.
Method Drawing lessons from the thinking of total quality management, relying on the theory of index system establishment, using the system analysis of documents, the normative nominal group technique combined with case analysis , by the laboratory medicine, clinical medicine, nursing, management, and other multi-disciplinary cooperation, comprehensively collecting quality assessment indicators related critical value of clinical laboratory, and preliminarily establishing a set of assessment index system for assessing the quality of critical values operation for clinical laboratory .Result The set of index system for assessing the quality of critical values operation for dlinical laboratory , included three levels: 3 indicators at the level 1, 9 indicators at the level 2 and 49 indicators at the level 3 Conclusion （1） The content of the set of assessment indicator system for assessing the quality of critical values operation for clinical laboratory can reflect comprehensively the quality of critical values operation for clinical laboratory, and it is suitable for comprehensive assessment the quality of critical values operation for clinical laboratory.（2） The index system needs to be further selected , refined, quantized, and determined the weight, by using other techniques, such as Delphi method, mathematical statistics and literature method. |
