| 目的 分析影响医务人员医疗质量安全事件上报主动性的因素。方法 采用分层随机抽样方法，对上海市135名医务人员开展问卷调查。结果 多因素分析表明，制定医疗机构医疗质量安全事件报告制度可提升上报积极性；而对于“因报而罚”的担忧是降低上报积极性的主要因素。结论 完善上报管理制度，营造非处罚性报告氛围；优化医疗质量安全事件上报指标，构建分析反馈机制；拓宽事件上报渠道，提高上报数据质量。 |

Objective
To study and analyze the influencing factors of the initiative of medical staff reporting medical quality safety events. Methods Through stratified random sampling method, questionnaire investigation was carried out among 135 medical personnel. Results The results from logistic regression showed that the development and practice of medical quality safety event report system and regulation would significantly improve the initiative. However, the fear of punishment after report would be the significant adverse impact on the initiative. Conclusion Report management system should be improved, non-punishment environment should be established; the indexes for events report for further dada mining, analysis and feedback. Widen events report channel to improve data quality. |
