| 目的 促进区域电子病历专用文件标准化管理，保障区域医疗信息化工作持续健康发展，实现电子病历文件的区域共享和利用。方法 对电子病历专用电子文件的归档范围进行界定，科学划分电子病历档案的保管期限和保密等级。结果 构建了区域电子病历系统平台的安全体系架构，实现了对区域电子病历档案的集中保管标准化管理。结论 项目积极探索了区域医疗电子档案的安全保密管理体系架构。 |

| Objective
To promote regional standardization management of electronic medical records’ private files，to guarantee the healthy continuous development of regional health informatization，and to bring about regional sharing and use of electronic medical records files.
Method
The special electronic document archiving of electronic medical records， the duration and classification of electronic medical records were scientifically divided.
Result
The security architecture of the electronic medical record system was constructed, and the regional standardization management of the centralism storage of electronic medical records was realized. Conclusion The project explored the security management system architecture of the regional medical electronic files. |
