| 优化医患双方的非理性因素，是当下医患关系和谐建构的重中之重。医患双方应当在理性因素的主导下高效发挥非理性因素的积极作用，有力遏制其消极作用。基于当前医疗活动中的非理性困惑和价值观分歧，应构建以控制和引导为特征的社会规范，培养以信任和认同为特征的社会情商，拓展以支持和疏导为特征的社会支撑，以期逐步塑造和谐的医疗氛围和医患关系。 |

| The optimization of non-rational factors is the core of the doctor-patient relationship in harmony. Doctors and patients should be led by the effective role of the efficiency of non-rational factors and curbed the negative effects. Based on the current medical activities in the non-rational puzzlements and values differences, social norms with the characteristics of control and guidance should be established, social emotional quotient with the characteristics of the trust and recognition should be trained, the social support with the characteristics of the support and grooming should be developed, in order to gradually create a harmonious medical environment. |
