| 在新医改形势下，针对医院临床科室管理中存在的普遍问题，河南省人民医院实施了临床科室经营助理制。临床经营助理主要通过对临床科室医疗资源配置效率分析、流程优化、绩效评估、运营创新、成本控制、预算管理、政策宣传等工作，强化科室经济管理意识，提高增收节支能力，从而不断提升医院整体经济运营效率。 |

| Under new medical and health reform, and according to the problems existing in the management of hospital clinical departments, Henan Province People’s Hospital implemented management assistant system. Through medical resource allocation efficiency analysis, process optimization, performance evaluation, operation innovation, cost control, revenue management, and policy publication etc in clinical departments, clinical assistant strengthened department economic management consciousness, improved increasing income and reducing expense ability, to continuously enhance hospital overall economic operation efficiency. |
