| 医疗服务创造了人类健康价值，是社会繁荣的前提和基础，其价格水平影响基本医疗服务的可及性和公平性。研究在前期以不同等级非营利性医疗机构为研究对象，建立了一套科学、有效、全面、可行的综合反映医疗服务分档的评估指标体系，为医疗服务分档定价提供参考依据。将针对医疗服务分档评估指标体系制定相应的评分标准。 |

| Medical services to create a value for human health, is the premise and foundation of social prosperity, and its impact on the price level of accessibility and fairness of basic medical services. In this study, different levels of non-profit medical institutions as objects, to establish a scientific, effective and comprehensive evaluation index system of comprehensive evaluation tools, which available reflect medical services and provide reference for tranche pricing. This paper will assess the sub-file indicator for the health care system to develop appropriate assessment criteria. |
