| 政府和市场分工合作提供医疗卫生服务是社会医疗保障国家的普遍模式，多元化办医是解决我国公立医院改革难题的关键突破口之一。以《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》为指导，从理论层面分析了我国推行社会办医的必要性，从实践层面分析了我国目前民营医院的发展现状和存在的问题，为我国在新的政策形势下推行社会办医、建立多元投资机制提出相应的政策建议。 |

| Health service provided by the corporation of the government and market is the general model of social medical insurance countries. The diversified investors and investing ways of hospitals will be one of the key breakthroughs of public hospital reform. With the guidance of The Central Committee of the Communist Party on Several Important Decisions of Comprehensively Deepening Reform, the necessity of implementing nongovernmental invested medical institutions is analyzed from the theoretical level，and then the development situation and existing problems of the domestic private hospitals are analyzed from the practical level，so as to put forward the relevant suggestions for the government to establish a diversified investment mechanism under the new situation. |
